Hourly Rates and Policies (in person and phone sessions)
 My fees for private sessions are based on an hourly rate at $100 an hour. My sessions include:
- A 15-minute chat before our first appointment,(if you'd like.) Otherwise we’ll communicate via e-mail.
- Free digital recordings of phone sessions
- I call you for phone sessions, saving you toll charges (within the Continental U.S.)
Packaged Rates
To encourage your continued growth and pursuit of happiness, I offer a discounted, pre-paid package of
three one-hour sessions for $270 (a $30 savings).
I take VISA and Master Card.
You can, of course, just pay as you go, one session at a time at the regular rate. If you prefer, you can decide if the package works best for you at the end of our first session.
Cancellation Policy 
Since my appointment times are valuable and irreplaceable, please let me know 24 hours or more ahead of time, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations and reschedules that are made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full amount for the session.
Phone Sessions
For those who don't live in the San Francisco Bay Area, phone sessions are a great option. You can work from the comfort of your home or office and do sessions in your jammies if you'd like. I've been doing phone sessions with people from all over the U.S. and Canada and find them to be just as effective as live sessions. I'll send you instructions via e-mail and an Intake form before we start, as well as other supportive information. I make the call to you, (within the Continental U.S), saving you toll charges. Phone sessions are at the same rates as office visits. Your fee must be paid in advance however by credit card or a check.
Urgent, Same-day Rates
When possible, I may be able to provide same-day urgent service, billed in 30 minute increments at $50 per segment. Since my schedule is usually booked, I may have to juggle other obligations around to fit you in. If I'm free, I'll take you right at the moment...but frankly that's rare. However, I will do whatever is possible to see you or talk with you that day. After you've become established as a client I can also offer e-mail and phone support at the same rates, as long as I have your current credit card information on file.
I do not work 24 hours a day, however. My office hours are 7am to 5 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 7 am to noon. You can always leave messages after hours at (415) 456-8435. Email me at zoewalton@sbcglobal.net
